He may have said that and he is a value stock buyer and holder as per the teachings of Ben Graham.

That  value buying principal also applies to precious metals, although Buffett is very negative on gold, because it can't be valued using the methods used to valuing stocks.

PVG traded briefly above Tuesday's recovery high at 6.26 USD.

Gold doesn't look like it has strong resistance until it reaches $1240.

It is too early to take profits here, unless you are very nimble and a short term trader, IMO.
