RE:positivesGood points Geodcan. As for all the scare mongering on some sites about the price of food in Canada and we're seeing the start of hyper-inflation, it's bunk. Casey Research had this piece the other day and so did Jim Rickards last night, that had photos of sticker prices on Canadian grocery stores showing $15 Frosted Flakes, $8 for a dozen eggs, etc. What they don't tell you is that these prices are in Nunavut!!! A fly in only town above the Arctic Circle!!!!
A little fear mongering to say the least! Where I live, some prices are higher, due to time of year and lower loonie, but nothing like the above. Eggs are under $3 a dozen where I live. Gold is holding steady but all the gold stocks on my screen are bleeding today. Patience is key here.
