RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Still very weakVKBLVR: Just a minor correction, but IMO "Pretium's actions at the time of Strathcona's withdrawal" were correct regardless of whether or not the quarterly estimate turns out to be "higher (or lower) than projected."

Strathcona's withdrawal prior to conclusion of the contract, not to mention its subsequent public bashing of Pretium were unethical, and Quartermain & Co. don't need to be "vindicated" for the action (or non-action) they took at the time. IMO, they did the correct thing by taking the high road, even though the sp suffered as a result of the doubts Strathcona created in the market.

I do expect the upcoming report will provide the vindication that the market seems to still be waiting for, but no doubt Strathcona already "looks like a horse's a**" to every fair-minded observer.
