actually ... there's a new Gold Bullion backed crypto currency called BullionCoin (based out of the isle of Man) alledgeldy hitting the market this August ... and there's another Gold Bullion crypto called OneGram based out of Dubai hitting the market this fall ... and there are other smaller Bullion crypto's being planned ........... imo, "blockchain technology" (the technologoical backbone of cryptocurrencies) may have serious tangible benefits for Gold/Silver fundamentals in the not too distant future ............. imo, based upon the success of the above Bullion backed crpytos; PVG could/should soon start exploring the development it's own Bullion backed blockchain/crypto offering.
