Proven reserves of 3.3 million tonnes grade 14.5 gram/tonne

Proven reserves of 3.3 million tonnes grade 14.5 gram/tonne My calculations on this give approximately $246,000,000 of gross revenue from July 1 to Dec 31 2017.
I have not been able to find operational costs such as workers' salaries, electrical costs etc., etc.
The grade for the first 3 years is projected lower than the following 4 years (ie 14.5 vs. 16.5).

What is quite interesting is that as they do definition drilling they are actually increasing nearby reserves. Just recently 300,000 were added to reserves.

Of special note these reserves were calculated with a value of $1,100 U.S. per ounce. We are presently sitting at $1,287. Usually this would mean that reserves and resources are larger than they would at first appear.
