No. the streaming will start in 2020 and in all probability ti will be bought before.
The oz not sold and in inventory will be sold in 4Q and at the end of 4Q there will be some other oz not sold in 4Q and these oz will go in inventory ... and so on and on.
The first quarter during witch a mine goes in operation is always a quarter during which the earnings will be understated.
