ELD and PVG *** Own both

ELD and PVG *** Own bothHowever, ELD is purculating this fall. They have a new board member/exec. comes in Sept 1st and has moved from the Rand Merchant Bank London to Vancouver Head Office...She is formidable and is an investment banker who excels at M&A deals...Goldman Sachs was sniffing around after the Newmont-Goldcorp deal last year, so, I think ELD is in play soon. They had a great Q2 and the management has cleaned up most of the problems since the reverse split. PVG is expensive IMO to even contemplate an offer from a gorilla...We need to see more exploration to justify a move in that direction...I am unaware of anybody in management that can negotiate a merge. ( Look for an additional executive that comes on board who fits the bill...Then you have a situation like ELD this fall...next 18 months could happen) Mid cap 3 BIL...Fits the scenerios.
