exactly....if cash at 18.50 is favorable people will chase cash, if NCM share exchange is better then people will chase shares, some people don't want to crystallize gain and will chase shares, at the end, there will be an equilibrum. Best way is to assume 50:50 for now so 18.50X0.5 + NCM price X 0.8084 leading to $9.25+(0.4042*NCM price (22$)) = about 18.14$ but it changes all the time.
