Foolish & plump press release by PVG

Foolish & plump press release by PVGThey just released this :

  • The deadline to vote is 2:00 p.m. (Vancouver Time) on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
  • For any questions, please contact Pretivm’s proxy solicitation agent and communications advisor, Laurel Hill Advisory Group, toll free at 1-877-452-7184 ( +1-416-304-0211 outside North America) or email assistance@laurelhill.com .

Please do not do so !!!! They try to fool you in this billion $ steal of shareholders assets and ownership.

Please ask directly your broker how to vote "Against" it and follow their advice.

Of course if you like to vote "For" it, please feel free to do so, for example if you owned your PVG shares before the December 8th and like to make a short time small profit.

But please vote against it, if you are a long time investor and want to receive the big free cash flow for the next ~ 30 years in form of dividends or in form of a fair price offer from one of the others majors. Newcrest refused to answer the question of an analyst how they came to that price tag for their offer.

It is completely intransparent. And the pending assay results for the late summer drill campaigns from the summer are kept secret by the PVG board. A plain and continues breach of their disclosure duties to shareholders and the public !

Why do they keep these results secret ...?!!!?!!

Vote "against" by marking the "Against" box -> continue -> confirm -> fill in the control number your broker gave you and -> press submit.

In any need of assistance for the voting process call your broker! Never call any company paid by the PVG or and Newcrest management !!!!

And pls. bear in mind: every not submitted "Against" vote counts unfortunately indirectly as a "Yes / For" vote. Be careful about these tricky thieves of your PVG gold.
