I agree you can't believe everything on the Internet, but as an investor you would be equally foolish to ignore it. The information posted appears to be someone who took a great deal of effort to expose Mr. Espig and his exploits. The page was created long before Mr. Espig became part of of Novadx and the information is hardly difficult to access, it is the first thing that comes up in Google when you type in Peter Espig. The author calls into question Mr. Espig's credentials, and that is relavent information to investors.
