Since Oct they have been saying the permit is in the late stages. From the IR I recently heard the same thing. The IR added that they forsee no problem in acquiring the permit.

The recent MD&A sets back the projected Rex production timeline to produce 20,000t/mth by the end of Q3. It mentions that is contingent on the permit being issued for the washplant.

Seems like the permit is the holdup in getting Rex online to planned capacity.
