A share roll back has no effect on the value of the company. But can't say the same for the 50% nationalization of New Dawn's mines.

Speaking about apples and oranges comparisons, how about comparing Central African Republic with Zimbabwe ?
Both countries are basket cases, the difference being CAR is starting from there and heading up, while Zimbabwe started from a very enviable position and has wound up a basket case.
Axmin has a 5 year tax holiday on their Passendro mine, no VAT on any imports needed for mining and a 30% corporate tax rate after the 5 years tax holiday.  What pro-mining policies does Zimbabwe have ?
