EVERY COMMENT AND PRESS RELEASE FROM THIS COMPANY HAS INDICATED THAT THE INVESTMENT THAT THEY WERE MAKING WOULD DOUBLE THE PLANT CAPACITY INCLUDING THE SEPTEMBER 8,2008 RELEASE WHEN THEY BORROWED THE FUNDS!!!!!!
