Very odd.  Probably Northern Rivers balancing out - but no one needs positive momentum more than them and their 8M shares.  But, still a pittance - so a non-issue.

As for the lawsuit, more than anything this will be a major distraction for the competition to have to defend, and to explain to their customers.  This is a major competitive advantage for NTB, and probably explains their indifference towards the Schiff loss of business.

Also, remember this time last year and the relentless year end tax loss selling.  Shouldn't be a problem this year.  I wonder how many of those sellers trying to crystallize their 20% tax savings were able to get back in before the SP went up from
.40 to over $1.00 pretty quick.
