RE:APO Timing

RE:APO TimingThat was a pile of bs.  Do some research.  If they didn't know in July that they would need the money for the clinical trial then what were they doing?  This mgmt team cannot forcast something they already have experience in doing.  They are incompetent.  I would like to add that the same crew decided to expand their plant in Quebec when they could have built a plant in California where whole towns are out of work.  Not only that, it is 3,000 miles closer than BF Quebec to receive krill from the Antarctic.  Obviously no one know anything about BCP planning.  But that is obvious as it has been 10 years into next to nothing happening but more options being dished out.

The overhang would have become worse...raise the money when your stock is high jackass.

And the pricing of the units is determinedd by the market (It is not a bad market for Omega-3 stocks...ENZY is proof) and negotiated between the participants in the financing...LOL!!!  That was themselves.  Many shares where bought in-house and it was easy to do since they all sold shares in early September above $2.20.  Not a bad way to make money sell high; buy low based on a price YOU set yourself + a freebe warrant.

 Ronald Denis sold 87,500 @ 2.20 US

Andre Godin sold 10,000 @ 2.52 and 150,000 @ 2.21 US

Heri Harland sold 25,000 @ 2.21 US

Xavier Harland sold 35,000 @ 2.21 US

Claudie Lauzon sold 15,000 @ 2.21 US

Pierre Lemieux sold 75,000 @ 2.21 US

Wael Massrieh sold 20,000 @ 2.48 and 68,822 @ 2.37 US

Fotini Sampalis sold 335,000 @ 2.21 US

seekingalpha are morons.  Do the proper research before you put out bs like that.
