Haywood

" When he forced out management and the BOD he talked about "protecting your investment" and "enhancing shareholder value". Well, the SP has lost 70% of its value since then, so he's done neither. Harland didn't take the company anywhere, but he did manage to keep the SP over $2.50 with no factory. So, if you are going to measure your "investment" and "shareholder value" in terms of dollars and cents (what other way is there), you'd have to concede that Haywood hasn't done anyone any favors over the last couple years. In fact, it's hard to imagine the SP would have done any worse under Harland or anyone else during that time."

Well, there seems to be a lot of concern from investors out there.
