AGM....
AGM........I have not seen any resignations from the directors side. They must think, they have done a very good job......feeding at the trough !!!
Also, the Chair of the Board seems to have forgotten the screw up of the announced and reversed share purchase plan debakel, the concern of the low S/P by bringing in a failed "new management-team", and yes almost forgot the introduction of the invisible IR/PR company, whom we are paying about $7,000/month for doing what?
Job well do, they think.....yes, have a look at the chart....Penny-stock-territory ....they should have resigned long time ago!!!!
