Neptune Establishes At-the-Market Program

Well this may not be as it seems. It certainly doesn't mean they will sell at these prices , but they are ready to raise cash when needed. Just remember that obviously Cammarata and Moretz knew these was going to be done but they went ahead and bought shares at much higher prices last month, and not sell any stocks.

Looks like they have specific buyers for this stock offering that will happen at better market condition. Right now people think the world is about to end, so what goes on with the stock price is mostly not justified....
