i never recieved either, i will email steve west, this below was all i got originally. Hi xxxx   We filed on SEDAR that our annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Aug 12th.  Our proxy will be filed in the next few weeks.   Let me know if you have any other questions.  Thank you for your interest and support in Neptune!   Steve West
