NFLD,NFG and LAB are all pleased to advise that the companies have agreed to merge all three companies into NFG. Shares holders of NFLD and LAB will recieve 2 shares of NFG stock for each share of NFLD and LAB that they hold. This will consolidate the extremely prospective properties in the area, eliminate allot of redunandant overhead and allow single programs to be run overt the extensive combined ground.
