Terms and conditions of the merger are posted at Sedar. Most of your concerns are addressed there.  There is no more pricing or posting of the IPO.  You will wake up one day to read an announcement that the merger has been approved.  Pobably the next day the ticker will change from NGA to LEV.  You will have the SAME number of shares. 
More like days or weeks but not months.  Hold one to your saddle.
