Can someone please explain what will happen once the new LEV stock is listed on those exchange platforms? Will my NGA stocks be automatically switched to NYSE? since it's in US dollars... I presume that the TSX listing will be higher then the NYSE since the Canadian/US rate is approximately 1.23 to 1.24. Since I would prefer to be on the TSX, how could I switch? Your thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks

Your NGA stock is ALREADY listed on NYSE, thus no need to "switch".  It's ticker symbol will change to LEV and you will hold exactly the same number of shares.
Once the TSX listing is approved I am sure you will get notification re: transfer of your shares to Toronto should you so wish.  You will still have the SAME exact number of shares on TSX  but the share price will be quoted in CAD.  Yes it will be different from the price on NYSE quoted in USD  for obvious forex adjustmentc.

Thank you Couples4 for clearing up the Baldwin post.
