MJ1 is well known IMO 

Disbrow has been in NKO for a long time.....not like he just bought in.....  (he may recently bought another small piece)  but he has so many shares he really cannot exit his position. 

MJ! as you say is not on the books.....   how much is it worth in NPV at $6.50? 
I suppose I gotta due some hefty DD and math to figure out what NKO projected cash flow at $4.20 /15mmbl  at 8 Q's    minus interest / operating expenses / and when the loan repayments are due........

still think they will ultimately have to raise another 80-150M ....but that is just  a guess
