Resignations.....
Resignations.....very interesting and confusing , most of these directors got full votes at the AGm.... the new nominees actually got less votes....
pending sale you might consider , but typically the share price would be acting better as insiders distant cousins and nephews play the stock.....
Have to conclude boardroom/corporate disention/strife IMO , just a guess but maybe this group resigned as they are unhappy about something ..... (maybe they were asked to leave- the old guard ; but the voting at the AGM does not support that theory)
