RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$2.50 is liquidation value Well that's the problem with analysts- they have to price target based on the 'status quo'. They can't make a price target based on a hypothetical situation. Maybe NIKO will sell it's assets, maybe a white knight will buy us out, maybe the next hike in gas price will go to 8$, maybe a tsunami will wipe out all our assets-there's tons of variables that can greatly increase or reduce share price. But if you're going to make a price target and offer investment advice on it, you can only work with what you have- current cash flow, current reserves, current expenditures, current debt, current blah blah blah. As soon as anything upsets that, good or bad, they revise their price target. That's why you take these analysts with a grain of salt. If things continue stats quo, they are pretty accurate, but any market event and they are wrong. .... and honestly what company goes a year without a market event? Especially one in NKO's situation right now when there's so many possible outcomes? The price will not be 60 cents, in fact I'm guessing TD will issue a revised outlook in a few months, when NKO's game plan has a little more clarity, and a gas price formula for deep wells is announced.
