Then they'll wait for the bounce from this news to level off, then when they think everyone's forgotten and lost hope they'll take short positions and be all over this board bashing again.
Mind what Kevin Clarke said in the news release:

Companies with assets this large always exhaust these options before filing for bankruptcy, as I've said before. I've seen this in my field countless times. Let no basher tell you NKO is bankrupt and has no options, that quote up there tells otherwise. And let's not forget that quote a week from now either. I think lots of good things to come from NKO, lots more cash coming.
