RE:RE:RE:RE:Information about Note 24 eWell, it's a muted victory because we won in the 2nd level (of 4 levels) in the courts. The decision has been appealed by the Indian taxation agency, and if it isn't overturned in the 3rd level, you can bet they'll appeal to the Supreme Court. Hopefully NKO wins all the way up the line, because they are definitely being treated unfairly. But what I fear is this process is going to take way too long, and NKo will be sold before we ever see that tax return. And the value of the return won't be factored into the sale because it's not an asset yet.
