To low to sell ,,not low enough to buy So ... BBQ and drink beer .. I got my buy oder sitting at .24 cent for 20 k shares .Who Knows I may get lucky ... Better odds then with my wife hahahah ...

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

 

  • Top Round Steak (London Broil) – 2-3 lbs. 
  • Gallon size plastic bag
  • Bamboo skewers - No need to soak in water

FOR STEAK MARINADE:

  • Dry Mustard – 1 Tablespoon
  • Chili Sauce – 1 whole bottle 
  • Green Onion – ½ cup chopped
  • Beer – 12oz. favorite brand
  • Hot Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
  • Garlic Cloves – 3-4 crushed
  • Jalapeno Pepper - 1 chopped

DIRECTIONS:

GETTING READY

1. Make steak marinade by combining ingredients in a gallon size plastic zip lock baggie. Mix well. 
2. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Meat will be tough if not tenderized. 
3. Place sliced beef in marinade for at least two hours (longer is better). 
4. Bring grill temperature up to 375-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Remove steak from marinade and place tightly on skewers. Reserve marinade for basting.

MAKING

6. Place kabobs directly over coals to sear steak. 
7. Turn after 2-3 minutes and baste with left over marinade. 
8. Cook to desired doneness and remove from grill.

FINALIZING

9. Transfer kabobs to a serving plate.

SERVING

10. Serve with your favorite steak sauce, fresh grilled vegetables or other tailgating favorites. 
11. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!!
