RE:HOPEFULLThe biggest mistake NIKO did was to partner with Reliance industries (RIL). All this mess is created by them and not the Govt. Any bussiness they involve lacks clarity or transparency .Their 30% stake sale to BP still a mystery. Many experts and Indian public they gold plated the CAPEX to $8 BILLION DOLLARS and already made money out their investments. Now they can wait up to another 5 years to resolve this issue .They have deep pockets they can wait. Always they get away with rules because they are money bag for biggest political parties in India. But my doubt what about CAPEX amount invested by NIKO and its role in gold platting ? I aggree decisions are made slowly in India but for this mess 90% responsibility is on RIL and not on Govt.
