This is good Because
On May 12, 2015 Voyager Energy (Trinidad) Ltd., a subsidiary of Niko Resources Ltd. (“Niko”), entered into two asset purchase agreements with subsidiaries of Range Resources for the acquisition by Range of Niko's entire interests in the Shallow and Deep Production Sharing Contracts in the Guayaguayare Block in Trinidad and Tobago. Consideration for the sale is contingent upon commercial discovery and subsequent production, whereby Range will pay Niko upon commercial discovery and upon certain production milestones being achieved from the two PSCs, with a maximum payable of over $33 million.
So there is alway lots of Money coming and owed to NIKO .. but will any of it get here in time
