RE:RE:RE:Lets HopeNKO already had consent of 60% of the note holders and only need 66 2/3 % of note holders approval, if they have the other 6 /3 % on or after 29 April, NKO can move ahead with the amendment, so note holder approval can be announced as early as Friday.
