"Niko Announces Receipt of Requisite Consents to Indenture Amendments......For holders of Notes that have not delivered their consents, the Consent Solicitation will remain open until 4:30 pm (Calgary time) on July 11, 2016. As soon as practicable, the Company expects to enter into an amendment to the senior term loan facilities agreement with its institutional lenders, formally amend the Indenture, and take such other steps as are necessary to give effect to the Company’s previously announced strategic plan of maintaining its core assets for a period of time with the goal of enhancing the value of such assets for the benefit of the Company’s stakeholders. The implementation of the strategic plan remains subject to certain approvals, including the final approval of the Company’s board of directors and the Toronto Stock Exchange. "
Since they have already received the nesscary amount of approval from note holders from June 24-1 6. We can see Niko implenting the stragetic plan very shortly. It is just formailty to keep the concent open until July 11. Implentation can come on July 11.
