Even RIL might not need to pay GOI a conpensation.
Even if the report was asked to calculate how much could the leak be worth.
RIL is big, they are officialy in arbitraton and that could be their hidden card.
Besides, Niko's "leaked" (or false) news from last week might unfold very soon.
