RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Based on the NRI still think that what BP paid for a 30% interest in D -6 is a benchmark for establishing value of NKO'S 10% interest in D -6. BP paid 7.2 billion and at the time (2011) NG pricing was in the 4.00 range and now new production from D -6 is worth over 6.50, as well since then more reserves have been proven up. BP is a big player and would done a lot of DD to justify paying what they did. But let's assume that BP's interest is only worth 1/2 of what they paid or 3.1 billion, that would still give NKO'S 10% interest a value of over 1 billion, maybe BP would pick up NKO'S 10% and average down their overall cost if they scoop it up for 1 billion.
