This lawsuit is a frivolous attempt by a greedy third world country that will try anything when it comes to money. Countries around the world put up grids of blocks for auction for oil and gas exploration and development, most of these blocks abut each other and there has never been a case or precident to justify this lawsuit, the whole oil and gas industry would be upended if you could claim revenue from migration of oil and gas.
