RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TimingIf Niko was a house, it is over mortgaged, and Niko can't make the mortgage payments, usually in those situations the house (D-6) gets sold and the proceeds get distributed (according to the waterfall agreement) to the debt holders.
