Pretty much same old situation, the 180 mil is the 168 mil plus 12 mil pik interest for distribution of the first tranche as per waterfall agreement, no sale of D-6 as of today, but who knows what negotiations may be going on, looks more like sale of D-6 is the most likely scenario, I still think Cortes may buy out D-6 if no decent third party offers materialize since they have close to 1/2 billion on the line, Cortes hold all the cards now and are in control, this is a nail bitter now.
