I would be shocked if Cortes would let D-6 sell for 180 mil and write off close to 300 million, since Cortes is secured by the assets of Niko I think they are in a position to seize ownership, then pay cash calls and continue the sale's process, with the astronomical rise in Nat Gas the value of D-6 is looking better every day, hopefully there is a buyer(s) in negotiations as we speak.
