RE:RE:No Market Value No Reliable AssetsRIL / BP are not spending 2 billion on developing D-6 to lose money, break even or make a 5% return on investment, otherwise they would invest that money elsewhere. There is a big return on investment here and they know it, majors like BP have been in this business long enough to know when to hold and when to fold and have the experience and resources to have vetted this development, and Nikos problems are unfortunate but business is business and if they can steal D-6 they will. The only sliver of hope is what Cortes might do and if they take control it will be for the cheapest price possible, I have pretty much written off my investment here and give the notes 5% odds of having value, since note holder's have a lien against D-6 subordinate to the lenders that might cause the lenders some grief if they make a play, one can only hope.
