RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Does anyone knowI think the PSC is airtight, the legal agreements were prepared, written up and approved by BP's lawyer's, RIL's lawyers, and Nikos lawyer's, and covered in detail all aspects including breach of contract, BP alone paid 7 billion to aquire their interest and you don't spend that kind of money without having your lawyer's covering every single detail, Niko can try to challenge the agreement but in court (India) they will lose and they don't even have the money to get into a legal battle.
