RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Niko serves arbitration notice on Reliance, BP Arbitration is just stalling, it takes to long and Niko can't afford it, Niko will be bankrupt before arbitration is resolved, I have no idea what management has in mind, but arbitration won't solve anything. As I mentioned before Niko has won both previous arbitration cases. Arbitration decisions have no teeth, since the decisions are not enforced, hopefully management's plan is more than collecting salaries as long as the money lasts.
