Pay back guaranteed  by contract. after this we elect our own board . and run the business ourselves without interference from the government . we give ourselves a loan .crowdffunding .

We can buy nemaskea ,finish the work and pay ourselves back with guaranties . we would be able to raise 1 bn $ the first 1 bn $ would go back to the new investment . the second would pay for the past ...more

Judge Gouin approved the IQ/PG/Orion offer on the 15th. The closing date was pushed forward to Oct 30, 2020 and the CCAA stay was extended to Nov. 16, 2020. There is no scuttling of the deal, closing ...more

how much those creditors are going to get, 10 cents on a dollar? They're better off scuttling the deal and then they could buy the whole mine for a song. Let's see what happens this week

Softbank is not a privileged creditor or shareholder so i don t think they can demand payment . if it were the case we would  claim as well . IQ also is only a common shareholder . a minority ...more
