I hope you are not right because right now their cash flow is approx. 15M the last two time they were at these point (even higher) they went on financing. I can't imagine the reactions if they announce a 50M financing of 1,75$ to buy time
 
I don't know all their cards but based on their Financial statement they can not afford to wait until february. 
 
So I still believe this week or the second week of january 2018
