Math? They freeing up supply for a non dillutive deal maybe?if the last 10% of lithium output (not distributed yet as per any contract) was valued at 600 millions as per Cannacord analysis...
The fact they now have the FMC output too to propose a financial bundle for additional investors, could this add to a market value of 1-1.5b (full output for 10yr) and getting this package being sold at a discounted rate for 375 - 500 millions to covers the extra cost (and integrate a several premium for financials newcomers) ?
That would make sence from an accounting point of view to skip the dillution or include into the package minimal dillution?
Thoughts?
