call me gambler but this is why : NMX the is only LI canadian project fully financed ( - 375M$ LOL) .
                                                    half built already 
                                                    ready for production when the price spike is expected 2021
                                                    pilot is one line out of 20 , same thing do it 20 times , no risk ..
                                                    all bad news are out now , weighting on s-p, it held this level 30c+
                                                    LI prices are down , they could go lower ( good time to buy ) 
                                                    The stock should go back up to 50c + when they do a deal 
                                                    When deal  news come out shorters will cover, making it go up fast
