pallinghurst got a sweet deal .do you agree on that?.they got a goldmine for free .they outdid softbank.i would have prefered a borrowing at low rate at this juncture .pallinghurst are offering their shares to shareholders and not taking the company private or do i get it wrong again .so the outcome is definetely not what you envisioned . it is the panick selling that made all this possible
