more deserving of dismissal ,wage cut  and demotion .
if they would benefit from this financial restructuring it would look like a betrayal of the shareholder .they certainly don `t deserve pats on the back .on the contrary .
are they promised cigars,a comforttable chair ,stockoptions ???
that would be corrupt
