RE:Finaliser dossier des obligations

RE:Finaliser dossier des obligationsThe Pallinghurst comments in the recent conference call with regards to partnerships with existing main shareholders, and working together to finalise a new funding package bodes well. They reiterated it was their wish, and hope that the three main backers (IQ / Softbank / Pallinghurst) would be capable and willing to work together to come up with a more beneficial overall funding situation than is currently in place.

For me the Bond issue is not the main problem, as I think this will be resolved to the benefit of the Project. What slightly worries me more is the situation with the Orion Stream. NMX have already accessed the first tranche of $75m, and the second tranche is to become available in Dec 2019. But all funding (and other conditions) must be in place for the money to be accessed, and those conditions aren't met at the moment (Bonds cancelled). In addition to this, if there is a problem with the second tranche, Orion may request a payback of the first tranche (plus interest). So, the Bonds plus Stream equals $700m, which basically means that virtually all the funding that was put in place in May 2018 to get this project up and running has unravelled in just over a year. The Pallinghurst intervention in this project is a real game changer. There are many ways you could look at this; some that weren't happy with the original funding will applaude as the project construction is well advanced and the company has another bite at the cherry to better the financials, others will not be so happy as they see new players getting a larger piece of the cake at a lower cost. Whats your opinion?

Me, I see this as a great opportunity to bring in new experts and partners that will help fullfill the potential, and that will make this project a real global player..... ;-)

If we get through 2019 intact, onwards and upwards.... ;-)
