With all the stupid deals this management made so far, there is no reason to believe that NMX will be succesfull in the short or long run and even more so there are lots of new red flags...
here are a few quick red flags:
- Management way overpaid burning cash and that is proof that even if NMX was to produce management will not be able to show a profit as they will be busy lining their own pockets...
-NMX made stupid deals that will cost big money to cancel them...History of bad deals bad management
-Hard to get investment without diluting A LOT MORE than it already is...leaving nothing for retail investors to hope for...No credit to get decent loans...
-LI sector is not as "revolutionary" as they thought...it was a hipe...but give them the benefit of the doubt and this last one is dabatable.. so lets just say; in my opinion was a hipe...
There is more downside than upside...Even if everything goes supper fine, the SP is already supper diluted at 0.20, new investment will have to cover old screwups that didn't add any value (bonds money was in escrow yet interest was paid on it 40mill so far, livent deal cancelled with a pricetag of 10 mill plus the 40 = 50 mill) Guy thinks he is worth almost 2 mill a year for his stupidity, how much do the rest of the clowns get paid? did anyone see the deal made with the first nations? how much are they owed? do you think first nations gave their rights to the land for "possible new job creation"? LOL...I don't think so, they need to get PAID...
who is financing all that? answer: YOU
all that before even one dollar income...years go by and the invoice gets bigger and bigger... Unintended SCAM...at the end of the day Guy will retire in bahamas and mick and his "Long" friends will have to get a second job if they want to ever be able to retire....
