 it will save the mineral sector of quebec  and generate profits for quebec
not operating and closing the mines islike  throwing the baby out with the bathwater .
you already invested 800 M in this baby . .

Also there is a 10% or 15% chance that the whole deal can be 
described by Trump as a scam or a hoax.  The ore body may be 
useless.  Worth zero if the ore cannot be extracted econmomically
due to foreign debris in the ore . am i missing something ? i dont understand.
any proof of contamination ?
